What do you like best? We use BambooHR for ATS, Time tracking, performance management, onboarding, etc. What do you dislike? Its an ATS made for smaller to mid size companies and are relatively young. This means Bamboo doesn't always have features that larger, more established HRIS have. Easy HR Tool

What do you like best? I like the UX with Bamboo HR. It is extremely easy to go in and request time off, see relevant paperwork, work holiday schedule, etc. Being in one place and on a platform that is so easy to use makes HR work a breeze. What do you dislike? The only thing I do not like about it is the fact that it says you're taking off weekends if you take off Friday and Monday. Wish it would just say OOO Friday and Monday. What do you like best? Everything about the app is so easy to use and it makes the line items on your paycheck credits and deductions are so easy to interpret.
