"Great and easy solution for small business HR"

What do you like best about BambooHR? The ability to send documents to staff and have them sign them digitally is a big time saver. Payroll is a breeze. I also really like the celebration reminders are in advance so you can properly honor employee birthdays or anniversaries.

"Great for Non-Profits"

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is the first HRIS system we've ever used and it's incredibly helpful for us. We use it as a self-serve portal for staff to update their contact information, we also customized it to ask about allergies and t-shirt sizes. All of our benefit forms live in BambooHR so staff can easily access the 1-pagers and information at anytime as we have multiple benefit providers. It's also so worth the money for hiring purposes. "Great software. Period!"

What do you like best about BambooHR? It helps me find colleague names, job information, contacts, managers, etc. It's very easy to configure automations and notifications for new hires. It also is very easy to integrate with external softwares, which are proprietary.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Having employee files and company files centralized in one location. The reporting features (i.e., turnover, headcount, EEO-1 reporting etc. ) are invaluable. I couldn't imagine gathering all the data required to file an EE0-1 report.
