Bambee says "Put your HR on AutoPilot"... and then check back for an answer in 11 or 20 days.

In December 2023 I get a cold-call from a Bambee sales rep. "Why yes, I'm just starting up a business. It's just me right now, but I expect 3 staff by April and 6 by July." And so I get set up at their lentry level service. Simple questions like... "do I need to fill out an I-9 for this guy, he's a sole-member LLC?" take 11 days before a "Dedicated Bambee HR" person would respond. I must be lucky, I have 4 "dedicated" HR Managers. Other questions went 20 days, 10 days, 12 days, and so on ...
