Awful Service! We acquired their services in April 2020. and in April 2022 decided not to use their services anymore. They had no issues cancelling our membership. Now, in August 2024, they decided to refer our company to a collection agency claiming that the invoice from APRIL 2020 (the first invoice) was not paid. The worst HR/Payroll software company

The worst HR/Payroll software company. Good luck with trying to reach someone. I submitted Payroll, then the system stated that Payroll was not submitted, and all of my employees would need to be paid with a check manually. I could not get a rep on the phone to discuss this issue. Do not waste your money on this company.

HR amazing… Payroll needs help!

We have been with Bambee for 3 years and their HR is stellar. Crystal has been our HR administrator since the beginning and she is amazing! Our own only problem has been with payroll. It’s not easy to contact someone for help. We have been trying to get new deductions pulled out of employees checks and so far, it has not been successful. Small business needs to be walked through changes in payroll. We aren’t experts or we could just do it ourselves. If they could get this nailed down they ...

According to them, they changed their Terms and Conditions while I was in an already existing subscription that states under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
