Rob has been brilliant!
Rob has been brilliant! My BackupVault was running VERY slowly and this was down to my internet speed. On Rob's advice, I increased the memory in my computer and after the scan Rob performed on my system, this enabled me to delete files that were consuming space, which slowed my computer. I could't be happier with the result!!!

Great service, great support
Technically, was easy to set up, monitor and operate. A big credit to the service though - proactive without being pushy, responsive and really helpful. In an age of anonymous blanket emails and opaque FAQs, offered welcome personalised support.

Solid professional company.
Solid professional company. We have been dealing with Backup Vault now for a few months and have had nothing but great support, the account managers have been really helpful with arranging costings for us when we are quoting for business. Their response to support tickets and costing update's are exceptional. I have no worries about recommending their services

So far, so good!
