"I think they have stopped operating with no warning to existing customers"

What do you like best about BackupSheep? It was previously an easy tool to use that did not need any experience with code. What do you dislike about BackupSheep? Was a good service that needed a few tweaks to make it easier to use but did the job. Unfortunately I had one instance where the backup was corrupted and could not be used, and now their service has completely stopped creating any backups for all sites and databases for over 10 days with no communication from them about the issue. ...

What do you like best about BackupSheep? This was a great SaaS while it worked. Reliable, great configuration options and lots of options to integrated with external storage. What do you dislike about BackupSheep? Created a non-sustainable business situation and did not find a good solution out. Announced it is shutting down 11/1/2023. What problems is BackupSheep solving and how is that benefiting you? I used it for Wordpress backup and a few HTML websites. Reliable automatic backup.

What do you like best about BackupSheep? There is nothing good about the company, they have no support and they cannot be trusted. What do you dislike about BackupSheep? Offered Unilmited Lifetime deal, only to set limits after the refund period for Appsumo was over. Cannot be trusted with your money or data. What do you like best about BackupSheep? I've been using BackupSheep for several months now and I'm extremely impressed with its ease of use and reliability. What do you like best about BackupSheep? Really responsive team, easy service to use with great integrations. Would recommend. Very easy for scheduling snapshots. What do you dislike about BackupSheep? The jury is still out. I've only been using them for a short while, but so far I have no complaints. What problems is BackupSheep solving and how is that benefiting you? taking care of having to worry about a reliable postgres backup, just one less thing to worry about ^_^
