What do you like best about Backlog? Speed and accessibility, notifications and interoperability What do you dislike about Backlog? There is actually very little that Backlog does not do that I can think of. What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm in a discovery project going through historical high priority tickets that are open and in progress. Backlog has all the data we were looking for, and is our go to place to study what happened.

What do you like best about Backlog? Easy to use. Helpful for Project Management (Single Window for Issues Tracking, Progress Status, Timeline Check and Many More Options) What do you dislike about Backlog? Attachment file size limit. Should have an option to Sort Backlog IDs created date and last update date wise (Newest to Oldest). What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to track repeating bugs and to check burning issues.

What do you like best about Backlog? Good Collaboration tool. Very good user interface. Customer support is good. Filters are great. What do you dislike about Backlog? Can't search by key ID. Can't assign to multiple people. Custom notifications cannot be set up - for e.g ticket status has not changed in 3 days.
