Less then average quality....
There are many independent tools to check the performance of your website and when I check mine it shows me a score of 29 out from 100. Checked at Pagespeed insightsThat says about the quality of B12 design

Amazing product and service!
B12 has been amazing! Their customer support and sales teams have been incredibly helpful and accessible throughout our entire partnership. They offer such an amazing product/service. I love how they allow us to be as hands-on or hands-off as we would like. We have looked into other alternatives and we would be paying thousands for the same product anywhere else. The product and team have been incredible!

horrible company and software
The preview of your site is poor quality. Looks awful and you can tell it needs a lot of tweaking. Once you get into the design editor, you're extremely limited at what you can do. You can only left align, right align or center photos and text. There's no way to just bump it over a little bit. Then the whole system is buggy. I tried to change images and sizing in multiple areas with not results. When I contacted customer support they said they could make the changes I needed but at a cost ...
