I am VERY frustrated with B12 lately

I am VERY frustrated with B12 lately. When we first started, their responsiveness was fabulous. The writing was topnotch. Now, I feel like I am trying to communicate with a Ghost Webmaster. It's crickets. Not much of what was discussed and promised during a strategy call has been implemented. After contacting them now 4 times, I am still being ignored. Stay far away

Stay far away! We were very clear about what we needed and were assured B12 could do it. They dragged us along, took our money, and then admitted they were never equipped to do what we needed. They have ignored our requests for a refund over the last several months. They ignore calls and emails. We paid them and walked away with absolutely nothing.

Great and responsive team

I had a very positive experience with B12. I have designed websites before and the process is cumbersome which took me away from the purpose of getting my product out as quickly as possible. I had a great team, Designer was the weakest link but it wasn't his/her fault it is a difficult thing to get in someone's head creatively but the result was exactly what I was looking for. B12 has no clue how to set up a podcast…

B12 has no clue how to set up a podcast website. Even with guidance (the theory of how it works), giving examples of other podcast websites they still cannot deliver on what they promised. They cannot do a simple embed to my podcast host site to this new website. They delivered a product with dead links. Once they launch the site you cannot contact them to get the problem fixed or your money back. I am thinking about walking away from them now altogether and writing off the fee they charged ...

The websites are fine but.

The websites they can create are nice but very cookie-cutter. The salesperson on the phone said they can adapt it to what I wanted. I was under the impression they could use Squarespace. They have their own platform, and templates. So, you are tied to their templates and there is not a very big selection. They wanted to charge me for doing "extra" work because I wanted a hover feature which a standard on Squarespace and other platforms. They agreed to do it gratis since they had already ...

Amazing...

Besides turning out a website that I’m proud of and thrilled with, B12 provided my company with simple and organized step-by-step tools to create EXACTLY what was envisioned. As someone who is creative but not artistic or high-tech, Grace and the staff @ B12 were very patient and tolerant of my constant ideas and iterations of what I believed I wanted. Can’t forget to mention, the service is VERY reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend B12 highly enough. What a great experience!

B12 is the best website builder platform I've seen. Its extremely easy to use and there is a pricing plan for every budget. I previously used another platform prior to B12 but once switching I was able to instantly recognize the higher quality output. Especially since I opted to build my site myself through their DIY plan. My site looks like a paid thousands of dollars for a custom site that took a long time to design. Nope!
