Excellent collaboration and speed

Maddy and the team made it so easy to collaborate over important changes to our website. I needed to add sections for a book launch and they suggested great ideas with the graphics and content. Well done and quick as well.

Underwhelming customer service. I guess I was not that important.

I needed a room to meet with a new client for an hour. The online options were not clear. I initially rented a room for $33. Upon reading the confirmation email I learned the room only seats one person. I called to change the size of the room. I called three times in a row starting at 9 am PST no one answered the phone so I went online to chat with a representative. The representative, Bailey was helpful and friendly. She stated the only option available cost $132. She never explained the ...

The pre-built websites are great

The pre-built websites are great. Regardless of what you’re trying to accomplish with your website. Replacing the stock photos with your own is as simple as it gets. Same as replacing the text.
