What do you like best? Ability to syncrhonize and federate your Active Directory with Azure AD. Single Sign-On feature. Users do not need to maintatin additional set of credentials. Clound based identity service that can natively integrate with your existing AD

What do you like best? on-premise AD intergration without deploying 3rd party tools. User synchronization can work in both sides. What do you dislike? Will be outstanding identity solution in future

What do you like best? Azure AD is not very complex but powerfull identity solution for cloud and some on-premises deployment, RBAC is clear, you can create custom roles for your users. If you are a microsoft site you don't have many options

What do you like best? It supports entire organization and running in cloud. Perfect match if you are already AZURE user What do you dislike? no specific problem.
