"Allowing our leadership to focus on growth"
What do you like best about Azalea Health? Azalea's customer support has consistently assisted me in my role as COO in finding better ways to increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations. We have been able to better communicate with patients, reduce unnecessary phone calls, plan scheduling and use many reporting features to get a good 10,000-foot view of the entire practice, specific sites, and providers.

"Terribly Disappointed"
What do you like best about Azalea Health? The software is cheap. But then you get what you pay for! Actually, no. You could get a substantially better software system for the money.

"Organized but unreliable "
What do you like best about Azalea Health? The organization and easy to read schedule face is helpful. The ease of rescheduling by clicking and dragging is convenient. The ability to leave short comments on each appointment time is incredibly useful (“John just got married, tell him congratulations” “This patient is very specific, be sure to have the room ready when they get here”) and the comments section on each chart provides ample space for more detailed notes.

What do you like best about Azalea Health? Azalea's customer support outperforms some other EMR I have ever used. From the charging genius, utilization staff to specialized help, I have never associated for assistance without getting a brief response. Time is given to our specific needs and how we can increase the features inside Azalea to extend our preparation's benefit. Everyone is glad to have a telephone call to conceptualize answers for challenges or consider new features to support me.

What do you like best about Azalea Health? Azalea's client support surpasses some other EMR I have ever utilized. From the charging pro, usage staff to technical support, I have never connected for help without getting a prompt reaction. Time is given to our particular needs and how we can augment the highlights inside Azalea to expand our training's profitability. Everybody is happy to have a phone call to conceptualize answers for difficulties or think of new highlights to help me.

"Easy setup, cloud based, very responsive to client requests"
What do you like best about Azalea Health? I have been practicing for over 20 years. Moving from paper charting to electronic records, I have worked with 4 EHR companies. Azalea Health is, by far, the best I've utilized. Customization for my practice was easier than any other company. Being able to offer potential adjustments or additions to the platform has NEVER happened with other companies. They have their pretty white box and that's what you get.
