What do you like best? Easy to input tickets and manage time. Easy to keep track of projects and tickets that get put in. Easy to filter tickets as well. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. Axosoft is good the way it is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Made keeping track of my work a lot easier.

I like having the ability to include custom field with rules that pushes individuals to make use of forms in a certain way. I love how we're able to make project folders to keep track on what we're currently on. Their new PM feature is nice. I like just about everything it has! What do you like best? With Axosoft, I can track my performance on an hourly basis or even on the basis on the number of minutes spent on a task.
