"Awardco is a fantastic way to recognize peers and feel appreciated!"

What do you like best about Awardco? So easy to use, and the amount of items that points can be spent on is fantastic! I usually save my points up and spend them for gifts for my family. What do you dislike about Awardco? When we first began using Awardco, we had 5 points equal to $1.00. That was hard to determine what we were spending or receiving. We have since changed the point value and 1 point= $1.00, which is much better! What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting ...

What do you like best about Awardco? The way our supervisors and managers treats us they treat us fair and kindly i feel comfortable beenig part of their team. What do you dislike about Awardco? Honestly i don't dislike any thing i'am satisfied with every thing my company does What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Awardco shows if some one has not good experience he can share it or mention it and awardco will solve the issues if their is any .

"Quick and easy"

What do you like best about Awardco? It was very quick and efficient. I got the Rewards immediately. Other sites generally takes 24 hours but it was quick. What do you dislike about Awardco? Nothing in particular till date.will update if found anything in the future. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to recognize the teammates and colleagues. It makes it easy to say Thanks to someone for their efforts and contributions.

"Easy and Accessible Everywhere!"

What do you like best about Awardco? I love that I can so easily access the system on my computer/phone/online to redeem, track, and give rewards. It takes any stress away from using a system like this. What do you dislike about Awardco? I feel like a user-friendly app could improve the user experience across the board. "Excellent platform for peer review & recognition with a convenient & intuitive interface."

What do you like best about Awardco? The peer recognition option is good since it comes directly from co-workers and colleagues. The list of supported merchants to redeem earned coins is large & extensive. The options for occasion-specific & customizable cards are great too. What do you dislike about Awardco? There is not much to dislike about this growing platform, but a good potential addition can be seamless integration with professional networks such as LinkedIn. What problems is ...

"Awardco was easy to use"

What do you like best about Awardco? Ability to shop for products from several vendors. What do you dislike about Awardco? Some product options limited. No way to combine Awardco points with a personal credit card to purchase a higher-value item What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? New mechanism to award employees, especially in a hybrid work environment where many are not frequently in the office.

"You aren't just another number"

What do you like best about Awardco? Responsive and fast assistance with any question we have. What do you dislike about Awardco? The only current downside is that we cant give more of an allowance to one manager its all one amount accross the board whether they have 1 employee working under them or 50 employees. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to award employees hitting milestones automatically, and we no longer miss anniversaries.

"Rewards for doing my job"

What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco is an amazing program. I mean being awarded for doing your job, who would not want that? I love that we can also recognize co-workers that have gone above and beyond. I wish my previous employer would have had this. What do you dislike about Awardco? What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco is awesome because it helps boost morale at work and provides an incentive for employees to participate in activities. It is also very rewarding when receiving Awardco for a job well done. There are TONS of prizes to choose from too! What do you dislike about Awardco?
