Avochato

Easy & slick app

Avochato is one of the easiest messaging products I've tested. It's intuitive and the iOS app is very slick to make calls and send texts from my business number. I also use the desktop version and the shared inbox is a good way for my teammates to respond to customers if I'm not online.

Avochato is the best SMS platform out there!

PROS: This product is easy to use. While other SMS platforms are great for sending mass text messages, Avochato makes it incredibly easy to converse with my customers via text message. CONS: I haven't had any issues with this product that haven't been solved with a couple text messages with their excellent support team.

What do you like best about Avochato? I cannot recommend Avochato enough. If I was forced to only use one channel to communicate with customers between email, phone calls and SMS, I would go with Avochato. What do you like best about Avochato? I love that our customers can reach us and no matter who the Assigned CSR is Management can see the incoming message and address. "Innovative"

What do you like best about Avochato? Lead Capture via text. Helps with anti social & new generation leads. Some people are reluctant to speak to sales people over the phone because it can be intimidating, but once you've had a chance to warm the lead up via text, it becomes easier to connect with the lead. What do you like best about Avochato? The broadcast feature is by far the best feature. It's super easy to send texts to a specific group of people. What do you dislike about Avochato? Anything that I had an issue with has been resolved since we started with Avochato. I was even a beta tester for the new version of the app...which was one of my issues before this new version was released...I didn't like that it was not the full version. Now, it's all fixed!
