Avochato Reviews in February 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Easy & slick app

Avochato is one of the easiest messaging products I've tested. It's intuitive and the iOS app is very slick to make calls and send texts from my business number. I also use the desktop version and the shared inbox is a good way for my teammates to respond to customers if I'm not online.

What do you like best about Avochato? That we are able to use another form of communication to get the info we need. Email is the new snail mail. What do you dislike about Avochato? We use Avochato to text outside vendors. It would be great it after you sent a text the message was automatically assigned to you so that we get notification of the reply. "Fantastic Text Marketing Tool"

What do you like best about Avochato? We can use it to gather basic info from our customers saving us both time. This is one of the only platforms in which you can have a private inbox so users cannot see other people's messages. It enables companies & brands to effectively communicate with their audiences via one medium. What do you dislike about Avochato? It’s easy to use and gets you in contact with the opposite party more quickly which attracts the customers and gains their trust. What do you like best about Avochato? The design of Avochato was simplistic and easy to pick up quickly. The interface was intuitive and allowed for easy navigation between communication with clients and administrative support. The ability to host live text conversations via a website through an application that the platform builds out for you was an excellent feature rather than being required to have a cell phone text-based conversation. Avochato is the best SMS platform out there!

PROS: This product is easy to use. While other SMS platforms are great for sending mass text messages, Avochato makes it incredibly easy to converse with my customers via text message. CONS: I haven't had any issues with this product that haven't been solved with a couple text messages with their excellent support team.
