What do you like best about AvidXchange? Ease of transitioning from office to home during the Pandemic. It made it possible for us to continue working. What do you dislike about AvidXchange? The indexing rules are a little inflexible for our needs (handling dozens of PG&E or AT&T accounts) which means duplicate account numbers are created. We turned indexing off and do it ourselves. What do you like best about AvidXchange? Avid is a huge time savings for us. We are down to 1 AP person handling all the payables for 4 subsidiaries. What do you dislike about AvidXchange? Occasional miskeys from the bill coders. Recommendations to others considering AvidXchange: Awesome product. I would highly recommend it. What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you? Huge time and cost savings. Our AP function is now simply managed instead of using dedicated resources.

The only downside we see is not having the ability to delete an invoice from the system after it has been indexed. What do you like best about AvidXchange? We use avidpay and it saves us time with our accounts payable every month. What do you dislike about AvidXchange? It is difficult to process payments for certain vendors and the one time set up is sometimes complicated with new vendors. What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes when it auto-populates the header, it may be wrong; you sometimes have to double-check its accurate What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easier to keep track of invoices and not loose paper and keep track of payables
