Easy to use
PROS: The staff and students find the interface very easy to use. It has been a boon for organizing our commencement ceremony. CONS: This might be just me but I experience some difficulties in formatting email and messages. When I copy and paste a message into the field, the formatting is off and it takes a lot of time to fix it.

Customer Service is very professional
PROS: Customer service is one of the best that I have encountered. They respond quickly and are very helpful whenever we need them. I have an admin account for eTouches and I receive questions from colleagues from time to time. I have no answers for all of them but thankfully, the customer support team does. They are also very quick in approaching me about authorization requests. I truly appreciate this.

Aventri Review
PROS: First off, Aventri is a wonderful software. It helps me track everything form accommodations. I was also able to upload Amtrak and flight information. I also use it to make reports for clients. With it, they are able to monitor how much they spend for every attendee. Also, I use it to generate report for my hotel representative as well. Makes everything easy
PROS: I love how there is a seamless registration for registrants. With Aventri, they can register to our conference and even choose which meals that they will have. They can renew or apply for membership online and register for hotel rooms. It is truly an all-in-one software. Also, the mobile app takes info directly from the database. This makes it working with it faster as it eliminates redundant work.

"User Friendly"
What do you like best? I love how the mobile app functions. It's a little difficult on the back end but we are getting the hang of it. ON the attendee side, it is wonderful! The registration is very easy to create pathways for our sponsors to and all the customization is great too.

"Registration/BadgeNow"
What do you like best? Aventri has been amazing! Their registration tracks everything (lodging needs, I was able to upload flight and Amtrak information). I was able to run travel reports for my client so that they knew how much they were paying for each attendees travel. I was able to generate the hotel report for my hotel rep.

"Aventri makes Planning a Meeting Simple"
What do you like best? The thing i like the most about Aventri is the the seamless integration for registrants. They are able to register for our conference, choose which meals they will attend (which helps us with meal tracking and ordering), register for their hotel room, AND renew or apply for their membership all in one. I love that the mobile app pulls directly from the database so it eliminates the double-work when creating the app.
