What do you like best? I dealt with many products in the field of PBX , but I did not find a system with sufficient and strength like AVAYA for large scale companies. What do you dislike? I do not like disabling the root user in CM . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? personally work on avaya products made me a good problem solver .

Integrate telephone communi

What do you dislike? For the most part I think of via his loss effective telephone communications and networking program or system hardware that we have currently at this time especially in a high volume call center where effective and reliable communication is a key component and providing excellent services to a customers

What do you like best? I recently attended a meeting about Oceana and it's the perfect complement to Avaya Aura What do you dislike? They should keep working on integratin CM and SMGR Recommendations to others considering the product: Avaya is back... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Moving to newer version is quite expensive in terms of professional services.

Works Great

What do you like best? Avaya works great when used on a strong wifi or mobile connection. I do sometimes have problems with it being quiet with some clients where I tell them ill call them back from my cell phone. It does happen, but rarely, otherwise great software. What do you dislike? Some clients seem very quiet not sure why the software does it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like being able to keep the business phone away ...

Every day use at its finest

What do you like best? Avaya makes it easy to connect with people in other offices/states and allows you to add multiple people. I didnt have to be in front of my computer, I was able to use my cell phone or tablet. What do you dislike? Sometimes having the video blur a little, could also be bad reception, but that can be a little annoying when you are talking business and you have to keep pausing or waiting for it to come back in the clear. What do you like best? The product is well known in call center environments. Little tech support needed when used on the floor. Adaptable to company needs. What do you dislike? When partnered with internet connections, switching over to a hard phone system can cause some uncertainty. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No known major complications but the system itself is easy to train new employees on.
