What do you like best? I think the dial system is great, does what it’s designed to do. What do you dislike? I feel that it could use more options for idling statuses What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrate telephone communi

What do you dislike? For the most part I think of via his loss effective telephone communications and networking program or system hardware that we have currently at this time especially in a high volume call center where effective and reliable communication is a key component and providing excellent services to a customers

What do you like best? I recently attended a meeting about Oceana and it's the perfect complement to Avaya Aura What do you dislike? They should keep working on integratin CM and SMGR Recommendations to others considering the product: Avaya is back... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Moving to newer version is quite expensive in terms of professional services.

What do you like best? The ease of use! Most roles that I have had which used this product have been high stress roles. Anything that can help cut down on stress while working is a MUST and this product falls in line with that! Very easy to use with minimal efforts! Love it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? When I have customers or businesses that speak another language, it's such a breeze conferencing in our can talk line What do you dislike? What do you like best? we loves all the options available the ability to transfer extensions to cell phones and be able to receive calls when where not at our desk and its easy to log in from other offices What do you dislike? The calls don't always show up in the voicemail's. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
