"Great network monitoring and discovery"

What do you like best about Auvik? Auvik allows us to map networks quickly. Once core networking devices (switch, routers) are configured with SNMP, Auvik has demonstrated it can accurately in clearly create a logical view of the network. I’d rather spend a little time upfront setting up SNMP instead of chasing CDP neighbors and looking in ARP tables to figure out where a device is connected.

"Easy to use cloud based network monitoring"

What do you like best about Auvik? Auvik is an easy to use cloud based monitoring system. It allows us to watch over our clients networks and hardware devices that our traditional RMM cannot easily do. It creates topology maps that are fairly accurate based on the data it is given. With integrations into our Connectwise PSA we are alerted to any trouble conditions we need to know about, hopefully before it becomes a major issue. What do you like best about Auvik? The network map and data is very useful when troubleshooting specific network issues. The support team has always been responsive to our questions and even set up a virtual training call for our company. We deploy Auvik for all of our new fully managed clients. The collector can be installed either as a Windows Service, as a Virtual Appliance using an OVA file import, or using a Bash script install for Ubuntu users. "Wonderful people, Wonderful Product"

What do you like best about Auvik? Auvik, the product and their team have been great to deal with. A honest pleasure to talk to anyone their. The software have been great in helping our team troubleshoot network devices and really take ownership of our clients infrastructure as a MSP. This tool is a must in the modern day tech toolbelt.

"Incredible time-savings when troubleshooting"

What do you like best about Auvik? The historical data is there when needed, enabling you to troubleshoot quickly and effectively. Remote management and CLI-access are incredible useful and save serious time.

"SNMP Monitoring The Way It Should Be"

What do you like best about Auvik? The visualizations and the ability to drill-down into almost everything monitored. Granted, it lacks some insights on a few devices, but you can add the OID you need when that happens, which so far has been rare.

Has an impressive plethora of tracking and mapping features.

PROS: Tracing rogue devices within the network is no longer a problem, thanks to Auvik. It helps us identify and quickly address cracks within our network. Another feature that I like, in particular, is its auto-backup detail. Not only does this protect data in case of a power outage, but it also allows us to initiate communication as we take over the configuration of the system. Helps me to manage existing networks and even tap into new ones.

PROS: Auvik allows me to keep an eye on the networks that I am in charge of. It offers a coherent plot of the said networks so I can manage it from one platform. The autosave and control management features are especially helpful too. CONS: Auvik provides a comprehensive and detailed map of my network, but the display takes a while to load because I have such a convoluted network. I think that this issue can be avoided altogether with an upgrade to my work devices though.

PROS: First of all, Auvik is a very straightforward platform to use - from tracking networks, drafting reports, all the way to client billing. It allows us to grant access to our team members and, so far, they have yet to complain about its usability. It makes putting together reports and other necessary data seem a lot less daunting as well. It makes documentation storage possible too.
