The best monitoring platform in the market today!
PROS: Life before Auvik had dozens of blindspots. Now, we're able to provide vigilant and consistent monitoring for our network. I also love how the developers of this product are constantly introducing updates that allow us to work better with our clients and our team members. I believe that the service team deserves kudos as well. They are always so friendly, helpful, and attentive.

"Saves us time."
What do you like best about Auvik? It's helpful to be able to monitor and edit switch configuration remotely without the need for tunnels and jumpboxes. I also love using it to monitors UPS systems from a central place.

What do you like best about Auvik? Auvik support teams help a lot with implementation and issues when we are adding devices to the tool using SNMP and other protocols.

"Making Monitoring Easy"
What do you like best about Auvik? I love that Auvik gives you a map of the network configuration which is very helpful in seeing where devices are located within the environment. This allows us to pinpoint hardware such as WAPs and switches when they report issues or go offline.

Allows us to troubleshoot issues right away.
PROS: This product provides top-notch support when it comes to accessing our networks and all the devices connected to them. It makes our client networks a lot more accessible so that we can provide the best service possible. CONS: None, so far. Auvik works well for my team and me.

Perfect for vigilant network monitoring
PROS: Generating reports is a lot easier now with Auvik's comprehensive network mapping. CONS: Notifications are quite selective. Right now, we don't get sent alerts for other platforms aside from windows and our infrastructure. We can't freely configure alerts too.
