What do you like best? The Automate.io team has been extremely helpful in getting my bots set up. The product itself is really extraordinary, I presented it to my team and they were very impressed not only by its output, but by the UI itself. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am using the free version right now as this is my first go at work like this. The creation of the bot was pretty intuitive. I did run into a snag where the output was not working probably. I tackled this all on a weekend so was feeling annoyed that I could not get it to work, certain it was my error. What do you like best? Usability, live support, documentation, product features and ease of creating a bot. What do you dislike? A little on the costlier side in terms of pricing as dependency on a product like this will be huge for early stage startups and small teams. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like that, once the bots are set up, the process is very hands off. We use Automate to streamline our membership application processes, and what was originally two different manual processes with 7-8 steps each now happens in the background with little input from me. Solid plugin fro a lot of integrations, a little learning curve, but the team is supportive.

What do you like best? Very simple to get started and once you know what you're doing it's helpful. What do you dislike? Manual property connection bot building. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting non-native integrated platforms.

What do you like best? I love that there are minimum steps to make this work. What do you dislike? The space in packages between 250FREE to 3000 $19 but this is really, really only to answer this question. I say this because the service far surpasses the value that $19 brings to the table. Great App for a Non-Technical person using both Zoho CRM & Salesforce

What do you like best? These Bots are pretty intuitive to setup -but whenever I have an issues or am confused with the logic, the tech support team is amazing and really quick to respond with a fix. What do you like best? An opportunity to pass contacts from form to MailChimp. Simple interface. What do you dislike? Haven't found yet. Everything works perfectly fine.
