Automate IO has great customer support via videoconference

What do you like best? We've been trying to connect Stripe with Shopify and after 14 days and 10 attempts nothing had been achieved via their chat support. I then escalated the issue to their technical support via phone call and they solve my problem within 2 hours. It was a bad experience turned into a good one. What do you dislike? There support staff seems to be junior on chat and they don't put you to senior right away if they can't fix your problem. I wish they had put me to the ...

What do you like best? Effectiveness of bots and customer service. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. Some automations require multiple bots, but this is just a consequence of the task at hand rather than anything on the service provider's end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automate processes to reduce potential errors and lessen data entry tasks.

Amazing customer support!!

What do you like best? Their team is always responsive whenever I have any issues and answer usually right away or within a couple of hours. Whether it's live chat or via video call, they always try to answer all of my questions and even go in to troubleshoot for me which I find saves so much time and energy. Took a little while but we got there in the end

What do you like best? They are quick to come back to you and to check in to see how you are getting on. What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to book in a call for all levels of package that you have brought. I even wouldnt mind paying additionaly for help, maybe per call or per project. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting our database with our accounts system to create a document for each sale.

Great functionality, well thought out UX. Tons of power here

What do you like best? Ease of setup. They do a great job of anticipating necessary features and building for that while also giving you tons of flexibility to configure your way. What do you dislike? Have to daisy chain a lot of Action together sometimes. 2 min lag time between update in Salesforce and the action firing. Some stuff is confusing but I don't think there's an easier way given the breadth of functionality here. Formatting values could be easier and email templating ...

What do you like best? Very responsive. Offered help guides immediately, but went the extra mile by creating the fix themselves. Outstanding service. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's very simple to use Automate.io, we can create synchronization beetwen Pipedrive and Google Sheets. What do you dislike? Nothing !
