Great application - Better service
What do you like best? My bots were having some issues that I was simply chalking up to the service, but one of the representatives, Sagar, reached out to me without me prompting for help to offer some advice on how to clear up my issues. Great functionality, well thought out UX. Tons of power here
What do you like best? Ease of setup. They do a great job of anticipating necessary features and building for that while also giving you tons of flexibility to configure your way. What do you dislike? Have to daisy chain a lot of Action together sometimes. 2 min lag time between update in Salesforce and the action firing. Some stuff is confusing but I don't think there's an easier way given the breadth of functionality here. Formatting values could be easier and email templating ...

What do you like best? It's very simple to use Automate.io, we can create synchronization beetwen Pipedrive and Google Sheets. What do you dislike? Nothing ! What do you like best? The Automate.io team has been extremely helpful in getting my bots set up. What do you like best? I am using the free version right now as this is my first go at work like this. The creation of the bot was pretty intuitive. I did run into a snag where the output was not working probably. I tackled this all on a weekend so was feeling annoyed that I could not get it to work, certain it was my error. What do you like best? Usability, live support, documentation, product features and ease of creating a bot. What do you dislike? A little on the costlier side in terms of pricing as dependency on a product like this will be huge for early stage startups and small teams. What problems are you solving with the product? The thing you do once and never have to look at it again.
What do you like best? I love that there are minimum steps to make this work. What do you dislike? The space in packages between 250FREE to 3000 $19 but this is really, really only to answer this question. I say this because the service far surpasses the value that $19 brings to the table. Great App for a Non-Technical person using both Zoho CRM & Salesforce

Surprisingly useful service
What do you like best? An opportunity to pass contacts from form to MailChimp. Simple interface. What do you dislike? Haven't found yet. Everything works perfectly fine.
