Amazing Solution, Fast Support

What do you like best? The tool is straight-forward enough to build out for even people such as myself who are not as versed in developing bots, yet when I run into trouble their live support is there to help and jumps in to make changes based on my needs. Truly excellent support, and incredibly powerful software.

What do you like best? Migrating from Zapier was super easy, and for anything I was a little unsure about, the SUPPORT was incredible. The automate.io team truly care about helping. I also like the pricing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Usability, live support, documentation, product features and ease of creating a bot. What do you dislike? Great UI & Squarespace Integration

What do you like best? We like Automate.io so much that we're transitioning our workflow there from Zapier. The UI is great - we love being able to see all of the actions at once. Automate IO has great customer support via videoconference

What do you like best? We've been trying to connect Stripe with Shopify and after 14 days and 10 attempts nothing had been achieved via their chat support. I then escalated the issue to their technical support via phone call and they solve my problem within 2 hours. It was a bad experience turned into a good one. What do you dislike? Amazing customer support!!

What do you like best? Their team is always responsive whenever I have any issues and answer usually right away or within a couple of hours. Whether it's live chat or via video call, they always try to answer all of my questions and even go in to troubleshoot for me which I find saves so much time and energy.
