What do you like best? Automat assembled a team of rock star for the conversationnal AI space. They bring a lot of real life experience using AI and speach analytics to deliver solutions that work and meet a real customer need. What do you dislike? Automat has been a great support team.
What do you like best? The quick response of our project manager, Carah Campbell, and her eagerness to improve our Chatbot post launch. What do you dislike? There were breakdowns in communication, specifically regarding costs for certain updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to integrate post-purchase customer experience into the flow. Still in process, so no benefits realized as of yet.
