Using authorize.net now for 2 years no big issue and the customer support is always friendly and resolves issues very fast.

What do you like best about Authorize.net? The process is simple. the layout is basic. They offer an online plugin and our eCommerce channel gets processed. Its easy peasy and we have had ZERO issues with the service.

What do you like best about Authorize.net? Simple interface and easy to navigate. Transactions go through just fine. We have switched processors few times for better rates and that was a simple process too.

What do you like best about Authorize.net? I like the ease of being able to search for financial details regarding customers very easily. There are also multiple ways to search, giving options when you may not have all the details available.

The best payment processor--just what my company needs.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We’ve been jumping from one solution to the next in search of the best payment processor, and I’m glad that we found Authorize.net. I like that this solution doesn’t make it difficult for their users to search for a history of their operations. In fact, it’s quite easy to go back and retract faulty transactions to correct them. They really know how to cater to their clients’ needs.
