Trouble only - Criminal activities
We had to change our companies credit card because of authorize.net. We implemented a payment gateway solution from them for testing. After discusssing this with authorize.net they reassured as many times that for testing there are no costs. Without our notice they just turned on the service to live mode after a few days, which we never asked. We also never signed any documents for this and were only registering for the test. When we tried to cancel this they started to message back and ...

SCAMMY AND SNEAKY
I was notified of the approval of an account with Authorize.net. The account would not be active unless I switch the Authorize.Net account to live mode. Which I have never done. It says it's in test mode. Not only that but my merchant account approval is still pending, so I can't really use the account anyways. So I have been sneakily charged for two months on a service I have never activated, that I can't even use, even if I wanted to. When I called to complain, they closed the account and ...

HORRIBLE "POLICIES" & SERVICE
They don't cancel your account and continue to charge you $25 per month forever. I have called, chatted, and emailed with them 3 times now, this is my third time they told me it's canceled. I don't trust them at all. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw another $25 charge next month. STAY AWAY FROM AUTHORIZE.NET!

To proceed further you need to send us the law compliance certificate for Saudi Arabia.Only you as the owner can order the certification. It's a common way of doing domain business in Japan and Korea. This is a well known domain certification service in ...

This company is unethical and best. Criminal is a better description.
I wish there were zero stars. Not only does Authorize.net have terrible customer service and bad business practices they are basically criminals. In essence here is what they did to me. 1) I applied for a merchant account and they approved it. 2) I process two customers charges through my new account 3) They notify me that my account is on 100% funding hold and ask for more information 4) I supply the information 5) Risk department now declines the account 6) I try and process a refund to ...
