Horrible quality + horrible customer service = 1 star

I went for the professional transcription of which they claim it's done by a person. It was horrendous; wasn't making any sense and it was clearly something automated. Quality was just horrible, so I asked for my money back. From there, I sent about 10 e-mails, everytime they had a different excuses, until at one moment they removed my files (!?) and just stopped replying. I really wouldn't try this. What I can say about Audext?

I have recently used this app for several times and I like the quality of their transcription. I previously transcribed my audios with another service, and, to my mind, the quality of Audext transcription is much more better. They also gave me 30 free minutes, so I was able to try it before buying a subscription. I transcribed mp3 files, but Audext offers a lot of formats’ options. I can strongly recommend this software.
