What do you like best? Resource planning, projwct planning, reporting and analysis have become easier with casecamp. There are alot of interactive features that make it better than others. What do you dislike? The ease of use and the customer service lack a little in their service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have used it to work along with stakeholders to understand the project and agree on what project sucess looks like.
