"The Name Brand in White Glove SMS Services"

What do you like best about Attentive? I enjoy the ability to use the platform to accomplish most tasks on my own but also have the weekly meetings with an account representative to make sure you're getting the most of the platform. Both our salesperson, and our ongoing account representative have been extremely helpful in showing value from the platform and gently pushing us to use all features in the platform.

What do you like best about Attentive? "Attentive... to our customers AND to us!"

What do you like best about Attentive? The white glove service is some of the best customer service and technical support I've ever experienced from a company in the marketing world. They not only answer questions quickly, they do "the hard parts" for us, assist with A/B testing and have responded immediately every time.

"Top of their field for a reason"

What do you like best about Attentive? Attentive is at the top of their field for a reason. They have the most robust features and analytics of SMS marketing platforms and offer very competitive pricing. These aren't their best qualities, however - their support team and CSMs are second to none. They take time to learn the ins and outs of our business and strive to provide the best solutions for our marketing needs, as well as any potential issues that arise.

"White Glove Service: An Accurate Description!"

What do you like best about Attentive? The CSM team for Food & Beverage has been instrumental in growing our SMS program. I value the convenience of being able to ask the White Glove team to schedule updates, make creative changes to sign-up units, generate QR codes, smart links, etc. The interface is very intuitive, and the Help Center articles are well written.
