"Amazing white glove service with a great support team"
What do you like best about Attentive? When setting up journeys and sign up units, it can get a little confusing. The best part is quickly chatting with the team there and getting the help I need. Now that I've done it multiple times over the past year, it's so easy to customize the sign ups shown on different URLs.

What do you like best about Attentive? The White Glove Team is the best customer service I've ever experienced. They're not only knowledgeable but also send me resources and even assist in creating some of our SMS marketing. And our Account Manager is incredible; she is always available and can help me with any of my ideas. In addition, she has been a tremendous help in setting up and analyzing A/B testing with our customers.

What do you like best about Attentive? The pricing model helped us grow at a pace we were comfortable with. You pay for sends, so as your list grows, so does your budget. The Attentive team was very understanding of the limitations of a small business, and worked with us to scale our program!
