"If you want reliability, you need Attentive"

What do you like best about Attentive? The White Glove team is fantastic - there is almost never a wait, and the team is always genuinely excited to help get to the bottom of an issue. I am never left displeased, even if there isn't the answer I was looking for originally. Also, I rarely have to wait more than a minute to be connected to a member of the WG team - it is definitely the best customer support experience I have ever had.

"Marketing for the future... with AWESOME services."

What do you like best about Attentive? I really love that Attentive tries to set our business up for success. If I have any questions, I simply use the online chat and speak with a "White Glove" associate and in minutes I have answers, updates, suggestions, etc. SUPER HELPFUL! I love that they also have cool seminars and events that help you learn more about how other companies are using SMS, suggestions and tips.

"Very good platform and amazing customer service"

What do you like best about Attentive? Great platform, straightforward to use and navigate. Setting up campaigns and automation is easy and smooth, with many personalization options. Good reporting dashboard for a quick view of performances. The onboarding process was very good, and the customer service is fantastic. Our CSM is very helpful and always goes above and beyond. There are always new improvements available which are great to have.
