Very easy to use and includes many useful features. It'll be great if once you click on the unread chats you are sent directly to the chats you haven't read yet instead of being sent to the very last chat.

You can easily create and be added to groups and use them to add items to your timetable, making the experience much more manageable. I like not having to send messages and items to individual people and wonder who is part of a particular team each time.
