What do you like best? I appreciate the way that you can show progress on individual tasks. I also like the way that tasks relate to a larger goal and can be seen company-wide. What do you dislike? The interface is awkward. Setting up goals can be a little cumbersome and getting them linked to the greater goals of the company doesn't always work well. Excellent product, just needs some enhancements on the admin side.

What do you like best? The pulse check-ins is why we went with Atiim. It encourages all members to get involved in their goals and keeps them in front of them every week. This weekly reminder helps moves us to our end goals. What do you dislike? Admin limitations and the need to reach out to Atiim engineers to perform tasks an admin should be able to perform. Helpful tool for organization, communication, and alignment

What do you like best? I like the ability to create objectives and key results, and share my progress in a weekly check-in. This helps me stay on the same page as my manager, as well as bring new ideas to the table. The check-in is a great way to follow up on tasks and it helps me remember my goals and the individual steps I need to take to achieve them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the idea it has the potential to provide analytics, make processes/numbers authentic and available to everybody in regards to departments up through company goals. What do you like best? This website is a wonderful way to keep our goals manageable and our employees motivated. We have been using it for just under a year and love it so far. What do you like best? To be completely honest, I love absolutely everything about Atiim. This is a fantastic way to stay organized as well as keep employees on track, and It's a great way to manage goals as well. What do you dislike? I guess I would have to say that for new employees it can sometimes be hard to understand how to use the program, but after just a short time they seem to catch on quite nicely.
