My Atiim Experience
What do you like best? I like that I can easily track my OKRs in a dedicated system. Having something other than a document allows for much more organized thoughts and more thoughtful input from myself and my team. What do you dislike? The UI is pretty bad. The number one complaint from my team is that the UI is clunky and unorganized. Atiim OKR Review
What do you like best? The pulse check ins and the ability to customize. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting tools. I wish the reporting was more robust specifically for admins. Difficult to use
What do you like best? It's a conversation starter when you work for a person who doesn't know how to manage or connect with their employees. What do you dislike? This product feels disorganized and difficult to use. It also feels like employees are being micro-managed. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None. It's diificult to correlate job responsibilities with company onjectives. Also, no action is taken by management.

Changed our Product Culture
What do you like best? The product culture we had before switching to OKRs and Atiim was very much a top down, by fiat, approach; everyone was working on their own little ideas and features with no apparent roll up to what the executive team thought was being worked on. What do you like best? The cadence that the software provides. It pushes to establish weakly touch points and reprogram the following week. Helpful tool for organization, communication, and alignment
What do you like best? I like the ability to create objectives and key results, and share my progress in a weekly check-in. This helps me stay on the same page as my manager, as well as bring new ideas to the table. The check-in is a great way to follow up on tasks and it helps me remember my goals and the individual steps I need to take to achieve them. What do you dislike? Atiim Review at a glance
What do you like best? I like the weekly check-ins. I think it allows us to remain on the same page as our team and company as a whole. It also allows us to have goal oriented meetings with our managers. What do you dislike? I think doing the check-ins weekly gets to be exhaustive.
