What do you like best about athenaOne? Web-based, this makes no onsite hardware requirements. What do you dislike about athenaOne?

What do you like best about athenaOne? It's modern and is a lot more efficient and straightforward than the *vast* majority of EMR systems and doesn't have a self hosting element which makes it a lot cheaper and simpler on practices logistically.

What do you like best about athenaOne? I feel that it is overall pretty user-friendly. Athenahealth seem to strive to work towards streamlining their software regularly. What do you dislike about athenaOne?
