When there is an internet connection with the client installed, I have not failed to connect, like other remote support products I have used What do you dislike about Atera? "Easy to use and robust enough to manage complex networks"

What do you like best about Atera? Ease of use, script scheduling and mobile app What do you dislike about Atera? Advanced reporting costs additional and full version of splashtop is not available. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Integrating other vendors into the product for security and backup is extremely beneficial.

What do you like best about Atera? "Atera runs my MSP"

What do you like best about Atera? Business model based on Tech. Continuously updated and improved. Tech support available and helpful. What do you dislike about Atera? More features and functionality with the integrations as well as more integrations. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Affordable and excellent value for the features. RMM and remote access consistently and quickly.

"Atera for Small Business IT Pro"

What do you like best about Atera? Atera enables me to remotely connect in an instant to PCs to fully support all of my clients. What do you dislike about Atera? Only downside I have is a little weakness in support for dual monitors, which many of my clients use. It is easy to work around, but I would like better support for that.. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? I know immediately if any of my servers go down, or if internet drops for anyone.

"Indispensable for remote IT work"

What do you like best about Atera? Atera's ease of installation of agents before deployment is great. Probably the BEST thing about Atera is you pay for each ADMIN license, not for how many devices they manage. What do you dislike about Atera? My only gripe are the constant notifications when devices exceed thresholds. However, with Atera, I can control what those thresholds are, I am able to define what prompts those notifications.
