"Excellent Tool for Remote Monitoring & IT support"

What do you like best about Atera? The accuracy and speed of remote customer networks are really cool. What do you dislike about Atera? It provides a lot of interactive features. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it for our IT support where we can work on our custom network and resolve the issue they are facing.

What do you like best about Atera? I love atera overall but best thing about atera is how atera has device management capabilites. I use atera mostly for that. I push updates using that and I get reports. What do you dislike about Atera? One thing I dont like is that something remote desktop feature of atera doesnt work. "Atera fits me."

What do you like best about Atera? Atera allows me to administer our laptops remotely, as we have technicians in the field all over the country. I am available to assist when problems arise within minimal hassle. So easy to set up with the agent, and very few issues. What do you dislike about Atera? "Great software"

What do you like best about Atera? The price point is great. Remote control is very helpful.. What do you dislike about Atera? Some of the features like software updates are weak. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Better patch management reporting.

What do you like best about Atera? I love the unattended connection to any device in our system. What do you dislike about Atera? I wish Atera would add the ability to use 2 monitors with SpalshTop. What do you like best about Atera? The ease of use. Clear dashboard that I can quickly identify issues for connected devices What do you dislike about Atera? sometimes the splashsceen feature is blurry What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Atera? It's truly an all-in-one product. A simple place to set up your sites and devices with growing intregrations. So far we have used 5 integrated products provided by Atera. Atera very responsive if any issue that come up. What do you dislike about Atera? Wish customer portal can be customized with our branding and internal web links.
