"Great tool for computer management and support"
What do you like best about Atera? The ease to remotely get into client computers and support them. Having Anydesk built-in makes it so easy to accomplish this. Not relying on the end user to know how to start up a remote session or join a screen share alleviates a lot of headaches when trying to see their screen while they are logged in. "Excellent value for MSPs"
What do you like best about Atera? The cost is a big plus, but I do like how it has a full set of features and seems to be implementing new features at a regular pace. The new AI additions as well the community site have been a big plus. I have already used the tools to write scripts that I would not have been able to do before as I have limited scripting capability. What do you dislike about Atera? "Fits our needs perfectly, with room to grow."
What do you like best about Atera? Implementation of Atera was extremely intuitive. I easily setup our environment well before the trial was over, leaving plenty of time to get comfortable with all of the features of the product. Out of the box it hit all of the requirements we were looking to address and also provides functionality beyond what we need. Using the product is very intuitive for day to day operations as well. We are using the Master license for IT departments to manage our ...

What do you like best about Atera? L'interface est trés intuitive, il est facile de prendre an main cette solution. De plus la FAQ est vraiment trés bien faite et le support trés réactif. L'outil de ticketing nous aide beaucoup au quotidien et nous avons pu dévolloper une offre autour du monitoring. What do you dislike about Atera? C'est un peu long en chargement.
