"Atera has everything you need in a RMM"

What do you like best about Atera? Easy to use and setup. Had Atera working within hours. What do you dislike about Atera? Can not created custom customer reviews when tickets are closed. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Atera is not only our ticketing system but monitors our entire network allowing for proactive support , automating updates, and complete inventory control. Having everything in one platform saves time and money.

"Organization made easy"

What do you like best about Atera? It allows the team to label work for tracking so nothing is missed. THe scripts that we have created to fit our needs are invaluable. It also works well as a repository for internal and external to the IT teams KBA's. What do you dislike about Atera? The formatting of KBA's when put into Atera could be better, and from time to time you need to change your view to get tickets to load again. What do you like best about Atera? Some of the features available such as reporting, the ability to deploy scripts remotely, access devices remotely through command propmt or file explorer without actually needing to get on the device, network discovery is also helpful. "Great Platform for Remote Management and Monitoring"

What do you like best about Atera? The remote management integration with Splashtop has been a lifesaver. It's lightweight and powerful enough for us to get through our daily needs and deployments. It was incredibly easy to get up and running since we are only using this platform for remote management and monitoring. "Competent and Growing It Management Platform"

What do you like best about Atera? I love that I am able to run scripts on devices remotely and in the background. What do you dislike about Atera? I wish there was a bit more customization and organization options in regards to devices. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to monitor our devices and tickets.

"Best Value RMM"

What do you like best about Atera? Great product at a good price. Like the fixed price per technician. I love that fact that they are integrating AI into the system. What do you dislike about Atera? Some of the reports are basic. It would als o be good if the AI script generation was interactive. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Atera helps us keep on top of the patch management for our customers, we can quickly connect to a machine to offer assistance if required.

"Atera - RMM for MSPs"

What do you like best about Atera? the pricing model is per techie so makes scaling easy! What do you dislike about Atera? The user interface is graphically pleasing but I'd prefer a more information dense ui. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? remote access and monitoring of all our client devices. enabling proactive support and even automation of support tickets - productivity has increased due the to switfness of the automation options.

"Atera covers both RMM and ticketing for us very well"

What do you like best about Atera? We use Atera as our RMM, remote solution, and for our trouble ticketing. With the scripting and the RMM features, we are able to take care of our client's support and needs. What do you dislike about Atera?
