What do you like best about Atera? Very easy to setup, rollout and use, we've had Atera for over a year now and its ticked all the boxes for us. "Great ticketing and remote software"

What do you like best about Atera? Atera has been very useful for us. I use it daily to track ticket progress and respond to customers. I love how easy it is to transfer files without the need to remote in, then I can install applications quietly using the command prompt. Makes my job so much easier and I don't need to remote in and take up employee time assisting. What do you dislike about Atera? Sometimes the splashtop agent doesn't work that great. "Easy to use RMM platform"

What do you like best about Atera? The biggest draw to Atera is the option to have a rolling monthly contract. We previously used one of the big name RMM companies and were very unhappy with their shady contract practises. What do you dislike about Atera? "dealing with Atera has been refreshing. withs its intuitive, innovative tools and solid support"

What do you like best about Atera? the windows patching, access to AI assistance for scripts and background work. te pricing structure and ease of Agent install for onboarding new clients. any time help is required which is not often, they are ready and available. What do you like best about Atera? i have been using aters for a little while now and i like how easy they make it to connect to your machines. the ticketing system is great and helps me keep track of work. "Excellent value for the money!"

What do you like best about Atera? Atera offers the best solution for MSP's on a budget, that still require high end solutions. I like that I have options as it relates to remote control. Integrations with Webroot, and other SAAS allows us to help our clients easily with quality solutions. Chat support generally does not make me wait very far.
