What do you like best about Atera? Price, Price, Price, and it automates patching ... What do you dislike about Atera? I dislike the standard RMM type display that requires a lot of clicks to drill-down. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? As an MSSP, we have some clients that we act as a lightweight MSP for. Easy to find devices based upon device name or user login name.

Atera is easy to use and has nifty little scripting and remote features that allow us to install and run updates of software remotely as well as being able to modify registry and run command line commands remotely. What do you like best about Atera? The best part about Atera is it is multi-faceted. Not only is it a ticketing system, you can also use it to push out automated installations, windows updates, etc. Also the ability to monitor the systems connected to Atera for issues such as low toner and maintenance kits for printers.
