"Valuable support tool"

What do you like best about Atera? Atera has been very valuable to our organization for managing our assets and monitoring endpoint status as well as being able to efficiently support our clients remotely. What do you dislike about Atera? I would like a bit more hardware inventory detail. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Atera is giving us better visibility into our clients environment to support them more efficiently.

What do you like best about Atera? Atera holds all the tools necessary for your msp including remote monitoring and support, ticket writing, knowledge base, billing, reports and an alerts section. it is extremely easy to use. What do you like best about Atera? Atera is very user friendly and has all the help resources you can imagine. What do you dislike about Atera? I don't use all of the features as I only use what is needed for my clients, but so far I haven't found any dislikes. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Watching over my clients servers and workstations so I don't have to bother my clients directly.

"Best bang for the buck out there"

What do you like best about Atera? New integrations are added regularly, and the ability to create and share custom scripts is a big plus. I find the dashboard and device monitoring better than LoMmeIn in many respects. What do you dislike about Atera? Would be nice if there was a one-off remote support option included with the splashtop player, similar to LogMeIn's SOS feature. "Atera is The Best Remote Management and Monitoring System"

What do you like best about Atera? I have tried Kaseya, Avast, and GFI and Atera is better than all of them. It is a simple, flat fee model that doesn't charge extra for servers. It is web based, secure, and can be customized. The scripting is really good and the remote patching is a real time saver.
