What do you like best about Atera? Reporting Tools, Remote access, remote software deployment, windows / other software updates. Software inventory reporting. Generated reports for sales dept / customers to show what needs updating or replacing due to age. What do you dislike about Atera? What do you like best about Atera? Support tickets, reports, and remote connections. Especially like that reports that I can create for my customers can be customized. Atera Technical Support is very helpful. The Atera Chat Technical support is great and I use it every time I have a question or issue. "Best RMM Value I've found, plenty of useful extras too!"
What do you like best about Atera? Honestly the thing I appreciate most is the automations. The ticketing is easy to use, the agent is easy to install and get the devices associated with the right company. The cool feature I like about the automation is you can get alterts to trigger custom scripts to try to fix the problems (ie alert for full disk triggers script that erases temp files for all user folders). What do you like best about Atera? It's easy to use and Atera is constantly adding new features. The pricing per tech makes it affordable for anyone starting out and grow. Support is also very good!
