"Checks all the boxes for a great price"

What do you like best about Atera? It is most helpful that Atera is an All-In-One suite of RMM, ticketing, and automation. What do you dislike about Atera? I don't have any. Any issues have been resolved quickly by Atera support. What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you? Instead of being forced to use multiple sites or solutions from other companies, Atera has everything I need on one dashboard.

"Still new, but amazed by the possibilities."

What do you like best about Atera? I just started using Atera in my new position with inward-facing customer service. The ability to utilize other apps such as AnyDesk and Splashtop are fantastic. The analytics are also extremely helpful and give a better picture of device and network health for our customer's sites and systems. It is also fairly intuitive for someone like myself who is new to the application. What do you dislike about Atera? Thus far, I don't have any major dislikes. I'm ...
