What do you like best about Emplifi Service Cloud? The team goes above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance when requested. Vaki has even gone as far as to schedule and join a call while he was on vacation, just to make sure that I got what I needed.

What do you like best about Emplifi Service Cloud? Our professional services contacts have always been top notch, understands our needs and addresses them promptly. They do a wonderful job of supporting our needs and providing the voice of customer feedback. One of their offerts is the iPerceptions survey which helps us add VOC content to the data we see for important launches on our sites.

What do you like best about Emplifi Service Cloud? The portal and integration with Adobe has made survey reporting easy and allowed us to get even deeper into our insights, drivers of website satisfaction and industry benchmarks. The team there is also super helpful and there IBA (issue based analysis) is a great way to take your survey data to the next level.

The portal and integration with Adobe has made survey reporting easy and allowed us to get even deeper into our insights, drivers of website satisfaction and industry benchmarks. The team there is also super helpful and there IBA (issue based analysis) is a great way to take your survey data to the next level.
