Fortunately, Cognizant's implementation of Media Beacon, which also is comprised of several other software components that make up the overall assetSERV SaaS offering, is customizable. What do you like best about assetSERV? assetSERV, once you learn it and figure out the nuances, is fairly easy to work through, it is a time intensive process. We also like that it restricts access to the mobile app uses, and just open to the key users who add, remove, edit, etc. content. The program makes step by step sense for fairly easy to train a user on.
