Very bad support, slow response tool, stuck in the time

What do you like best? I can't see anything to mention as a real highlight. What do you dislike? - The software is outdated, you have many different screens, they take a lot to load, they are clumsy. - The support service is a NIGHTMARE! They are unable to understand your question, they hardly provide a useful answer, many times they just say "the system doesn't do it" or "it is a bug". If you push them, they ask you to call them!!! is a very practical and useful tool to manage business assets.

What do you like best? I like that it adapts to the needs of the companies, to manage and manage the assets of the same, since it gives you the functions to facilitate the management of said assets. Customer Support is Horriable

What do you like best? That it is cloud based so that the world has access to the information at a flip of a dime. What do you dislike? Customer support is horrible. We had the on premise version before we switched to the Cloud version which worked fine. We has a custom report which WASP support told us would work on the Cloud version which doesn't work. There support told us since we where the only company asking for this feature they wouldn't work on the issue. Recommendations to others ...
