Customer Support is Horriable

What do you like best? That it is cloud based so that the world has access to the information at a flip of a dime. What do you dislike? Customer support is horrible. We had the on premise version before we switched to the Cloud version which worked fine. We has a custom report which WASP support told us would work on the Cloud version which doesn't work. There support told us since we where the only company asking for this feature they wouldn't work on the issue. Recommendations to others ...

Very bad support, slow response tool, stuck in the time

What do you like best? I can't see anything to mention as a real highlight. What do you dislike? - The software is outdated, you have many different screens, they take a lot to load, they are clumsy. - The support service is a NIGHTMARE!
