What do you like best? Well, during the pre-sales consultation, they were promising a lot of possibilities. We wanted to change from Cheqroom, which is a good solution but wanted to get more customization. During the onboarding, they have realized, that we need more than they could provide us. What do you like best? Custom fields allows you to track your assets deployment, warranty information and depreciation. What do you dislike? Nothing negative to note about the solution. If anything, ITSM service desk platforms now have built-in asset management so a separate solution like Asset Panda may be redundant for some.
