We can configure the formats of images so it will not consume too much storage space and individuals who want or need to access or download the image won’t be able to get the original size image. Asset Bank has been a great system for us, vastly improving the way we work with images and other assets on a day to day basis across the organisation. The set up was easy, with constant support from the Asset Bank team (particularly Stewart). They were quick to respond to our queries and helped us set up a system that matched our new processes under GDPR. Highly recommend them!

Great time saver!

By using Asset Bank in our company, it has allowed us to easily share images and other digital assets with internal and external stakeholders, without them accessing our server. It is a great timesaver with people able 'self serve' with restraints that you set.

Great platform and support team

It was a great experience working with the team, especially Chris, our dedicated support from Asset Bank. His promptness in providing us support completely removes our barrier of communicating from different time zones. The platform is very user friendly and navigation is seamless, with little to no customization needed as the platform fulfills all our requirements.
